My History

I lost over a decade of my life to a cult, and to men who only saw me as property... at best.

I have CPTSD, endometriosis, and AuDHD.

Life has been neither easy, nor kind.

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

My mission is a simple one:

To empower all women, non-binary friends, and survivors everywhere to never doubt their sanity or worth ever again.

This world is designed to protect the predators.

Our voices are our power.
